SAIC's Employee Service Desk serves as SAIC's centralized support center for information and services pertaining to computing resources and information needs for SAIC Employees.
Contact Information
To request Service Desk support, SAIC employees must contact the SAIC Service Desk by calling 877-WWW-SAIC (877-999-7242) or by submitting an Online Request for Service on ISSAIC, SAIC's intranet.
To gain access to ISSAIC and set up an SAIC Username/Password, employees should follow the Need Access to ISSAIC? instructions.
Password resets and limited emergency services are available to SAIC employees outside regular hours by calling the Service Desk and following the recorded instructions.
